These terms and conditions govern your use of our astrology services, Grah Shanti, Poojan rituals, and gemstone marketing. By engaging with our services or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

  • Astrology Services: Include consultations, personalized reports, and predictions based on the information provided by the client.
  • Grah Shanti and Poojan: Rituals performed to align planetary influences and bring peace and harmony.
  • Gemstone Marketing: Includes customized and standard gemstones recommended for astrological purposes or general use.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information (e.g., date, time, and place of birth) for astrology services and rituals.
  • Adherence to Guidelines: Follow all instructions provided for rituals or gemstone usage to achieve optimal results.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the use of our services and products complies with local laws and regulations.

3. Payment Terms

  • Consultations and Services: Full payment is required at the time of booking for astrology services and rituals.
  • Gemstone Orders: Payment must be made in full before customization or shipping.
  • Non-Refundable Advance: A non-refundable advance payment is required for Grah Shanti and Poojan bookings to cover preparatory costs.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  1. Astrology Services: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.
  2. Gemstones: Orders for customized gemstones cannot be canceled once production begins.
  3. Grah Shanti and Poojan:
    • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled date may be eligible for partial refunds (excluding the non-refundable advance).
    • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • No Guaranteed Results: While we strive to provide accurate services and quality products, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from astrology, rituals, or gemstone use.
  • Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
  • Client Responsibility: You are responsible for the decisions you make based on our services or recommendations.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All astrology reports, charts, and materials provided are the intellectual property of our organization. They are for personal use only and cannot be shared, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

7. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as outlined in the policy.
